Tour itinerary

• Day 1

  Marrakech Airport

  We will pick you up from Marrakech airport to your Hotel/Riad.

• Day 2

  Marrakech sightseeing

  After breakfast a local tour guide will pick you up from your hotel/Riad and take you to explore Marrakech most amazing places such as El Badi palace, Bahia palace, the Saadian tombs, the Koutubia Mosque. After the visit your driver will pick you up to visit Majorelle garden and Yves Saint Laurent museum. In the evening you can binge on all kinds of street food in the Djemaa-El-Fnaa plaza or simply enjoy a cup of Moroccan mint tea in one of the many rooftop cafes overlooking the square.

• Day 3

  Marrakech – ouarzazate – rose valley – dades valley

  After breakfast in your hotel/Riad, we will start the first day of our desert tour by taking an approximately 8 hours of road trip, through the High Atlas Mountains where we will passing many traditional Berber villages. Then we will reach Ksar Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO world heritage site, considered centuries ago as a passage point for commercial caravans between Sub-Saharan Africa and Marrakech. At the present time it’s also a destination for international movies shootings such as Gladiator, Prince of Persia, Lawrence of Arabia, game of thrones season 3 and more others. After lunch we will continue our road passing by Ouarzazate, Skoura valley and Rose valley where you will have the chance to stop to by the rose products from the Valley, before we reach Dades Valley where you will spend your first night.

• Day 4

  Dades valley – Todgha Valley – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Merzouga

  After breakfast in your Riad/Kasbah we will start the second day of our Morocco desert tour from Marrakech to Fes with natural scenery of red and mauve rocks above the road before arriving to Todgha gorges Gorges where you can enjoy the river, the scenery, and take amazing pictures. After lunch we will continue our road passing by many oasis, palm trees, before arriving to Merzouga Sahara desert where you will ride your camels to the camp for an overnight in a traditional Berber nomad tent in the middle of the Erg Chebbi Sahara dunes.

• Day 5

  Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Ifrane - Fes

  Today you will wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, one of the best moment of Merzouga Sahara desert. After breakfast we will start driving to Fes passing by Ziz Valley and Ziz gorges where you will have the opportunity to take many pictures before we reach Midelt where we will have lunch. We will continue our road toward the cedar forest of Azrou where we will stop to see monkeys and take pictures with, if we got the chance. After that we will have another stop in the city of Ifrane which known as “Switzerland of Morocco", for coffee or Moroccan mint tea break, and pictures, before we reach Fes where you will spend you night in Hotel/Riad.

• Day 6

  Fes sightseeing

  After breakfast, a local guide will come to pick you up from your Riad and take you to explore Fes old Medina also known as “Fes El-Bali”, which you will enjoy walking its narrow alleys and old gates. The visit will begin from entering one of the oldest gates in the medina known as Bab Boujloud, and you also will pass by The Madrasa Bou Inania and then Al Quaraouiyine University, which is the oldest university in the world. Your visit to Fes old Medina is incomplete without visiting the famous Fes Tanneries “Tannerie Chouara”. After lunch, the tour will continue to the Royal Palace and then visit the beautiful panoramic view spot where you can take pictures of the whole Fes old Medina before we drop you back to your Riad.

• Day 7

  Fes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

  Our journey will start after you have your breakfast and we will drive from Fes to Chefchaouen. Our first stop will be Volubilis, famous as the Largest Roman Archeological site in Morocco. The trip will continue through the views and landscape of Rif Mountains until we reach Chefchaouen, the blue pearl of Morocco. In Chefchaouen you will have free time to explore one of the most beautiful cities in the north part of Morocco, with its Medina painted in blue and white and its colorful shops, before we drop you to your hotel/Riad, where you will spend the night.

• Day 8

  Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca

  After breakfast in your hotel, our driver will pick you up to start your journey from Chefchaouen to Casablanca. We will drive toward Rabat, where you will visit Hassan tower known as the largest and highest Minaret in the Muslim world, which was built by the Almohad sultan Yacoub al-Mansour in 1195. After that we will visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and also the Kasbah Oudaya. Our tour will continue toward Casablanca to visit the famous Hassan 2 mosque, which is considered as one of the largest and biggest mosque in the world. After that we will drop you in your Hotel/Riad.

• Day 9

  Casablanca airport

  On time, we will drop you at the airport to catch your flight, hoping you enjoy your Morocco desert tour.
